Bay of Plenty Branch was started in January 2010 Gary Scoggins is the ministry Co-ordinator. The OAC office is currently situated in the Te Puke Baptist Church.
The OAC Branch committee has a strong team that includes Pastor Ken Keyte from Te Puke Baptist, Rev Iain Ian Dickson from Dee St Presbyterian Church at Mt Manganui, Alan and Eleonore Quinn from Papamoa and Vicki and Gary Scoggins.
Gary is passionate about using the T4T concept in working with churches in the Bay of Plenty area. This concept is training for trainers and he has seen many churches equipped, encouraged and sent out in evangelism.
Gary also heads "Water for Tanna", an inititave to provdie water for cyclone ravaged Tanna. He has while doing this had many evangelistic opportunities among the people, many who had not even had water in their village, who now know about the life-giving water.
